Rustic Farmhouse Dining Room in Love Note White and a Chandelier Makeover
I loved the Love Note White in the Master Bedroom so much, that I decided to try it out in the Dining Room as well.
Another idea I got from the master bedroom makeover was to change up the chandelier to make it more rustic. So, as with the bedroom chandelier, I painted the dining room one black, and added jute twine to the drop chain. And while I was up there, I cleaned out the shades. Wow, those things collect a lot of dust and little insects.
I really love the contrast of the black shade with the white walls.
I also moved my beloved Cafe de Paris sign back to above the dining table.
And added my DIY framed chicken wire star and a hanging framed chalkboard vase to the dining rom wall. Together with my Fresh Eggs sign and two old weather barometers.

I liked the framed botanicals.
But I like my Cafe sign better.

Some things you just don't mess with.
Like my rustic metal tray and vase of hydrangeas.

On the opposite wall, I brought back the large mirror I rescued from the roadside a few years ago.
