Sideboard Restyled!
I was been debating painting this sideboard for a while. I purchased the original piece off eBay and it was in almost immaculate condition. To paint it felt like an injustice. Here is how it used to look ...
Then I saw so many white sideboards that looked amazing and decided it was my piece of furniture now and to make it mine, it would need my special touch ... with a paintbrush. :)
I didn't want to distress the edges, but I do plan to paint the top white as well.
Here's a before and after ...
I love how bright and beautiful it looks painted white and am happy with my decision.
I'll be working on this piece next ....

I would say you made the right decision. It turned out beautiful. I really like the stained top with the rest white. The vignette you created is really lovely as well. Nice job!
